DOCUMENTATION
Shipping in general goes with a lot of paperwork that needs to be handled professionally, to ensure the proper dissemination of information.

Bill of Lading
Issued by the shipping company, this document contains details of the shipper and consignor receiving the goods. It is required to clear goods through customs at the port of destination as it proves that the goods were actually shipped.

Airway Bill
This is the air equivalent for the Bill of Lading. It proves that the goods were shipped via airfreight. It shows the total number of goods, the weight, and the date they were sent, amongst other details.

Commercial Invoices
For commercial goods, the invoice showing the value and purchase of the said goods should be made available on demand.

Vehicle Log Book
When shipping cars, vans, buses, trucks, the log book showing the service history of the car is required.

Certificate of Shipment
We issue this to suppliers to prove to them that the goods were shipped out of the country. In the UK, it is a vital document which proves that the buyer is exempted from paying VAT on the said goods, provided the final destination of the aforesaid is outside the EU.
