WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR COLLECTION SERVICE
When using our collection service, we try and make things as easy as possible for our customers, so there are a few things that you need to do before we pick up your packed items.
First and Foremost are Your Labels
Whether you’re sending packages, luggage, or a packed crate abroad, each and every item must be marked with the name and address of the recipient – The Consignee.
More so, all handbags, luggage box and holdalls should have the appropriate labels attached before we come and collect them.
It’s also worth remembering that all items should be locked and or sealed before we begin the delivery process.
General Rule For Collection
All items must be packed suitable for export and ready to be collected before the driver arrives.
Each package should be clearly marked with the name and address of the consignee at the destination or the Reference number we provide you with during booking.
All packages must be sealed or locked including suitcases/holdalls etc.
Payment options for all our collections
Directly into our bank account by cash deposit or bank transfer. If you are making an international bank transfer, then you must pay all charges related to this transfer. We must receive the full amount into our bank account. Please note, in all cases you must notify us when you have made a payment into our account or we will not be aware that you have paid.
Please have the appropriate method of payment ready on collection. You can make payment by cash into our bank account, by cheque, or online through our website. In some cases, you will be able to pay the driver cash on collection or by debit or credit card. All cheques must clear before your freight can be dispatched.

Request for Collection
If you’re interested in one of our delivery services and will require we collect, either from your address or your supplier’s premise, you can book collection at your own convenience. We will revert with confirmation, detailing when your order will be collected. If you have any questions with regards any of our services, please contact us here.
Further Relevant Information
No single item or package should weigh more than 30 kgs (unless the items are a single large piece e.g. television/fridge etc) and must be previously arranged with us.
Wherever possible and when collecting from a residential address, we will implore you to have your packages waiting for the driver on the ground floor before he arrives. It is in most times, impractical for drivers to leave their vehicle unattended and come to your premise to collect.
All delivery/collection times provided by us are approximate only. Please allow enough time either side of your booking period as it is possible that the driver may arrive earlier or later than the expected delivery/collection time due to unforeseen circumstances.
