## When should i start planning my shipping order

As soon as possible. Don’t leave it until the last minute as that’s how mistakes are made. A couple of weeks is usually enough time.

## Should i pay the driver?

The driver will not weigh and measure the packages or calculate the cost. We will receive the packages into our warehouse on the next working day. After which we will calculate the cost and contact you directly.

## How do i make payment?

You can make payment using the methods noted below: Bank Transfer - Our bank details can be deducted from the lower section of our invoice. We do not accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone.

## Do you only ship goods from UK?

We ship freight order from UK and Europe, to worldwide destinations.
